  • President, Christopher Raber

    Chris currently serves as Senior Vice President / Chief Real Estate Officer at The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, where he is responsible for the Bank’s Facilities Department.  A graduate of Roger William College with a BA. in Architecture, Chris has 25 years of experience in multiple roles involving building design and construction.  Before joining the Bank, he worked in architecture on Cape Cod and in Boston where his experience included development of several affordable housing projects.

  • Vice President, Sean Donoghue

    Sean is the Electrical Inspector for the Town of Wellfleet, MA. He also works as an electrician who specializes in service calls on the Outer Cape. Sean received his BA in Geology and his M.Ed. in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Sean moved to Wellfleet with his family in 2002. Sean’s experience in the building trades has been especially helpful during planning and construction of Cape Cod Village.

  • Treasurer, Robert MacCready

    Bob is a retired CPA who spent 16 years as CFO of two non-profit agencies providing affordable housing, sheltering, and other services to the homeless and low-income community. Previously he was VP-Corporate Controller for a mid-size public manufacturing and distribution company. He has also been active in various community committees. Bob brings his considerable financial and management skills to our Board.

  • Clerk, Rick Millington

    Richard Millington is the father of Ajay Rosenfeld, who is a resident of Unit 5 at Cape Cod Village, and a Professor of English at Smith College. At Smith he teaches American literature and has been deeply involved in the institutional life of the College, both as chair of his department and through service on an array of faculty committees.

  • Jack Sherman

    Jack worked for The Gillette Company in various financial/accounting positions for 22 years. Subsequent business ventures included ownership of two retail organizations. Jack received his B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. Jack provides significant leadership in the development and implementation of all of our operations.

  • John Economos

    John is a retired property management professional with broad management experience and a focus on long-term property viability. He spent 15 years as a semiconductor process engineer/manager with national companies and 16 years as a Regional Manager, Asset Manager and Director for national property management companies including 3 of the 5 largest residential development and management companies in the US. John has developed and managed off campus student housing with universities in Philadelphia and Vermont, managed a mixed-income housing and commercial project in Winooski, VT, and managed many affordable housing properties throughout the northeast.
