Part 3: The Power of Perspective: A Neuroadaptive Framework for Fitness and Life

Register here:

Greg Austin of Inclusive Fitness on how shifting your frame of reference can unlock trust, confidence, and lasting strength for neurodivergent people - in the gym and in everyday life. Start from a simple, but radical, premise: before you pick exercises, write a plan, or begin exercising, shift your frame of reference to align with the person you’re supporting. That means actively stepping into their perspective and sensory world, and recognizing how motivation, anxiety, sensory needs, cognition, and other factors shape participation. From there, effective neuroadaptive coaching becomes possible.
